"Iron Man 3" beats "The Great Gatsby"

Iron Man 3" beats Director Baz Luhrmann movie "The Great Gatsby". The movie strongly back to the top of
the movie charts and in United States beats out a strong debut movie "The Great Gatsby".

Iron Man 3 earned $72.5 million through ticket selling from Friday to Sunday on the other hand, The Great Gatsby earned $51.1 million, according to the studio estimates.

Walt Disney informed, "Iron Man 3 is the second biggest movie opening of all time. International sales for Iron Man 3 reached a massive $664 million through Sunday after $89 million from the weekend. The film's worldwide take now stands at $949 million."

The Great Gatsby outpaced forecasts for an opening of up to $45 million. The Great Gatsby is a 1925 novel written by American author F. Scott Fitzgerald that follows a cast of characters living in the fictional town of West Egg on prosperous Long Island in the summer of 1922.

Leo DiCaprio is playing the leading role in the movie. He is playing the role of a a millionaire pining for a lost love. Also There are two other heroes in the movie they are Tobey Maguire and Joel Edgerton.

About the movie president of theatrical distribution for Warner Bros Dan Fellman said, "We never expected to open this picture at this level."

But Iron Man 3 is still the king of box office. It is the sequel of Iron Man and Iron Man 2. The movie featuring the Marvel Comics character Iron Man, produced by Kevin Feige of Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. Robert Downey Jr. playing the leading role in the movie.
