Shah Rukh Khan back on Twitter after 20 weeks

The Bollywood celebrity shared an update with fans following surgery on his shoulder earlier this week.


"Healing doesn't mean the damage never existed. It means the damage no longer controls your life," Khan wrote to his fans.

The actor crossed the 4 million follower mark in early May, adding 150,000 to that figure over the past month.

Khan also retweeted a post from co-star Deepika Padukone linking to a comic video made to celebrate the last day of shooting on Rohit Shetty's Chennai Express.

The video pays homage to Shetty's style of action films, with Khan and Padukone taking part in over-the-top fight scenes and injuring each other in the process.

Chennai Express is scheduled to release at Eid alongside Once Upon A Time In Mumbai 2.
