The troubled teenage is currently staying at the UCLA Medical center after attempting to commit suicide last month.
And despite wanting to move to a top out-of-state treatment facility the move has been vetoed due to their worries over how many photographers would show up wanting to snap the young star.
US gossip site TMZ reports that UCLA doctors say going home is not an option for Paris just yet as they think she is still a danger to herself and needs more professional help.
TMZ says that Paris' biological mum Debbie Rowe has been researching centres more suited to her needs and found one in Utah.

Paris meanwhile is stuck on an eating disorder wing at UCLA even though she isn't a sufferer.
